These terms govern your use of NammaKada and its applications. By using any NammaKada application, you agree to the following.
Location access is used only for staff attendance tracking within NammaKada applications.
Media & Storage access is used for item, customer, and vendor creation, and for document uploads.
Contacts access is used only to save the official NammaKada helpdesk phone number.
Camera access is used for item image capture and barcode scanning.
Microphone access is used exclusively for AI-based voice billing features.
All in-app subscription purchases are processed securely via PhonePe.
NammaKada does not collect, store, or process any bank account, card, or UPI details.
Any payment disputes or issues are subject to PhonePe's terms and policies.
NammaKada applications must be used only for authorized, legitimate business purposes.
All data entered into the application must be accurate and lawful.
Unauthorized access, reverse engineering, or misuse of any NammaKada application is strictly prohibited.
Acceptance of these terms is mandatory to continue using any NammaKada application.
Once accepted, terms cannot be revoked from within the application itself.
For changes or revocation, users must contact NammaKada customer care directly.
NammaKada applications are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
NammaKada is not responsible for data loss, service interruptions, or third-party failures.
NammaKada reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue any feature of its applications at any time.
